Holders of diplomatic, special or regular passports are not required to apply for visa to visit Japan
For Qatari Citizens
Regular passport holders who are citizens of the State of Qatar, who wish to enter Japan with the intention of staying for a period not exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days, need to enter Japan without obtaining visas, after pre-registration in any of Japan's embassies or consulates.
Registration certificates for Qatari nationals will be issued free of charge and will be valid for three years.
