National report to the universal periodic review mechanism

Qatar is honored to be submitting its third national report to the universal periodic review mechanism, in accordance with the general guidelines of the Human Rights Council.

As this report is being submitted, Qatar is fulfilling its obligations to follow up on the outcome of the second cycle of the universal periodic review, in addition to which there have also been other developments in the promotion and protection of human rights since the presentation of the second national report.
