Qatar strongly condemns the Israeli occupation forces' bombing of a school in Gaza and the destruction of a warehouse belonging to the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage in the Strip

The State of Qatar condemns in the strongest terms the Israeli occupation forces' bombing of Dar Al-Arqam School, which shelters internally displaced persons in Gaza, and the destruction of a warehouse belonging to the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage in the Morag area east of Rafah in the Gaza Strip. Qatar considers both attacks a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stresses the need for the international community to act urgently to hold Israel accountable for its repeated crimes against civilians and civilian objects, and to compel it to comply with international laws.
The Ministry reiterates Qatar's unwavering and permanent position in supporting the Palestinian cause and the steadfastness of the brotherly Palestinian people, based on international legitimacy resolutions and the two-state solution, which guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
