Qatar Strongly Condemns the Israeli Occupation's act of Cutting Electricity to the Gaza Strip

The State of Qatar strongly condemns the Israeli occupation's act of cutting electricity to the Gaza Strip, considering it a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that the Israeli occupation policies based on besieging the Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip and preventing the arrival of humanitarian aid to them, ultimately aim to impose starvation and explode the situation in the Strip.
The Ministry emphasizes, in this context, the urgent need for the international community to take immediate action to provide the necessary protection for the Palestinian people.
The Ministry reiterates the State of Qatar's firm stance on the justice of the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, including the establishment of their independent state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
