Qatar Strongly Condemns Houthi Attacks on Civilian Objects and Civilians in Saudi Arabia

The State of Qatar strongly condemns the Houthi group's attacks on civilian objects and civilians in the cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using ballistic missiles and drones, which injured several civilians and caused material damage to residential homes and vehicles.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs describes the attacks as disgraceful acts of aggression and an unacceptable disregard for civilian lives, stressing that they constitute a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a clear breach of international law.
The Ministry emphasizes the State of Qatar's categorical rejection of attacks targeting civilian objects and civilians, stressing the need for an immediate end to such irresponsible acts.
The Ministry reaffirms the State of Qatar's full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all legitimate measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and interests.
It stresses that the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an integral part of the security of the State of Qatar and the collective security system of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).
The Ministry expresses the State of Qatar's wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured and prayed to Almighty Allah to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people from all harm.
