The State of Qatar praised the agreement reached between the Islamic Republic of Iran and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), calling for the continuation of dialogue between the two sides to resolve outstanding issues in the Iranian nuclear program.
Qatar Renews Condemnation of Burning Quran in Some Western Countries
The State of Qatar has renewed its deep dissatisfaction and strong condemnation of the recent incidents of burning the copies of the Holy Quran in some Western countries, as well as of all hate speech and acts of intolerance that would fuel feelings of hostility and violence against others, stressing what the High Commissioner for Human Rights said about the seriousness of these deliberate provocations. Qatar also called on the governments of the concerned countries to take effective measures to prevent their recurrence, and to hold those responsible accountable, especially since these actions deliberately provoke Muslims' feelings, disrespect their sanctities, and incite violence against them.
