Al Mansouri Praises Efforts of the National Accord Government to Stop Bloodshed of Libyan People

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Office in Geneva Ambassador Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, who is Chairman of the current session of the Arab Ambassadors' Council in Geneva, took part in a meeting held between HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord of Libya Fayez Mustafa Al Sarraj, and HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Accord of Libya Mohamed Taher Siala, with the Arab Ambassadors' Council in Geneva, on the sidelines of the high-level segment of the 43rd session of the Human Rights Council.

In his speech, HE Ambassador Al Mansouri praised the efforts exerted by HE the Chairman of the Presidential Council and the Government of National Accord to end the bloodshed of the Libyan brothers and stop the fighting immediately, noting the good intentions and the repeated calls by Al Sarraj and the Government of National Accord to start negotiations immediately aiming to reach a political solution.

Al Mansouri wished the Government of National Accord success in their noble efforts aiming at ending the suffering of the Libyan people and serving the interests of Libya.
