HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met with HE Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Policy in the Republic of the Philippines Enrique A. Manalo, during his Excellency's visit to the Philippines.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations, as well as issues of common concern.
