HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met Tuesday with HE Secretary of Foreign Affairs Republic of the PhilippinesTeodoro L. Locsin.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and a number of issues of common concern.

The meeting witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to hold political consultations between the two foreign ministries on issues of common concern.
