Costa Rican Foreign Minister Receives Copy of Credentials of Qatari Ambassador

HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Costa Rica Manuel Ventura Robles received a copy of the credentials of HE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Costa Rica Khamis bin Rashid Al Kaabi.
HE the Minister wished HE the Ambassador success in his duties, and the bilateral relations further development and progress.
