HE President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr John Pombe Magufuli met with HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, who is paying a visit to Tanzania.

During the meeting, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Tanzanian President and His Highness' wishes for the people of Tanzania of more progress and prosperity.

For his part, the Tanzanian President entrusted HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs to convey his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness and the people of Qatar continued development and prosperity.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and means of enhancing them, as well as issues of common concern.
