HH the Emir Meets Italian Prime Minister
New York/Information Office/ 19 September 2017/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met Tuesday at the premises of the permanent mission of the State of Qatar to the United Nations in New York with HE Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Paolo Gentiloni, on the sidelines of the 72nd session of the U.N. General Assembly.
The meeting reviewed bilateral ties between the two countries and means of developing them, in addition to exchanging views on the different political developments internationally as well as the latest developments in the Middle East region, particularly the situation in Libya.
Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Emir attended the meeting.
Additionally, Their Excellencies members of the delegation accompanying HE the prime minister were also present.
