The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh  Mohamed bin Abdurrahman Al-Thani, met today with Her Excellency Fatou  Bensouda, Prosecutor of the International  Criminal Court (ICC), during her current visit to Qatar.

HE the Foreign Minister briefed the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court about the current Gulf crisis and the illegal measures taken against the State of Qatar.

During the meeting, cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Office of the Prosecutor as well as the raising of awareness about international criminal justice and international humanitarian law, were also discussed.

They also discussed developments in the regional arena, especially in Syria and Libya.
