Qatar Condemns Attack on Security Check Point in North Sinai
Doha/Information Office/26 November 2016/ The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the attack, which targeted a security check point in North Sinai, Arab Republic of Egypt, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of Egyptian soldiers.
It a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever the motives or causes.
The statement expressed condolences to the families of the victims and the people of Egypt, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
