Russian Foreign Ministry Honors Qatar's Ambassador
Moscow/Information Office/15 November 2016/ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation has hosted a ceremony to honor HE Qatar's Ambassador to Russia Saud Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.
Special Russian Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov awarded the Qatari Ambassador the honorable Russian Foreign Ministry Badge "For Contribution to International Cooperation", in recognition of his contributions to the development of the Russian-Qatari relations.
The honoring ceremony was attended by a number of Arab Ambassadors and senior officials at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
