HH the Emir Issue Decree
Doha/ Information Office/ 03 November 2016/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued today Emiri decree no. 46 of 2016 ratifying an agreement on canceling visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, signed in Doha on October 26, 2015 between the government of the State of Qatar and that of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The ratified agreement shall have the power of the law, in accordance to article 68 of the constitution.
The decree is effective starting from its date of issue and publication in the official gazette.
