Tbilisi/ Information Office/ 13 January 2015/ Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili met here today with Qatar's Ambassador to Georgia HE Mohammed bin Khamis Al Kuwari on the occasion of the expiry of his tenure. HE ambassador Al Kuwari conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Margvelashvili and his wishes for the Georgian people of further progress and prosperity. For his part, the Georgian president asked HE the ambassador Al Kuwari to convey his greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes for the Qatari people of further progress and development. He praised the efforts made by HE the Qatari Ambassador during his tenure, hailing the development of bilateral ties between the two countries.
