Ottawa/ 21 June 2014/ HE Qatar's Ambassador to Canada Fahad Mohammed Yusuf Kafoud met Prime Minister of the Canadian Province of Alberta Dave Hancock. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation between the two sides. HE Ambassador Kafoud met separately speaker of the provincial parliament and a group of ministers, including Minister of Foreign Relations, Minister of Environment and Sustainable Resource Development, Minister of Energy and Minister of Tourism. The Prime Minister and other officials expressed their gratitude at his visit, hoping that it would be a key step to pave the way for wider horizons of cooperation between the two sides in all fields. They wished the Ambassador every success in his duties and further progress and prosperity for the government and the people of Qatar.
