Minister of State for International Cooperation Meets Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation

HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met Tuesday with HE Minister of Planning and International Cooperation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Zeina Toukan.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries, particularly concerning developments in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories.
HE the Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation briefed HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the extent of Jordanian assistance to the Gaza Strip and the status of the offices of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation affirmed the State of Qatar's complete rejection of the violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the brotherly Palestinian people in its aggression against the Gaza Strip. Her Excellency also renewed the State of Qatar's warning against the Israeli occupation forces and settlers exploiting world public opinion's preoccupation with the aggression against Gaza to continue violations in the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories, especially the West Bank.
HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Sheikh Saud bin Nasser Al-Thani, HE Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Shaheen bin Ali Al Kaabi, and HE Deputy Chairman of the Qatar's Gaza Reconstruction Committee Ambassador Khaled Al Hardan attended the meeting.
