.Minister of State for International Cooperation Meets Director-General of ISESCO

HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met Wednesday with HE Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Dr. Salim bin Mohammed Al Malik, who is visiting the country.
During the meeting, they discussed the cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and ICESCO, especially in the field of civilizational initiatives.
HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised ICESCO achievements in the social, academic and cultural fields around the world, affirming Qatar's support for it.
For his part, HE Director-General of ISESCO praised the contributions and continuous support of the State of Qatar to the programs and initiatives launched by the organization around the world. He stated that the cultural movement witnessed by the State of Qatar, especially after hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, is important and unique, stressing the organization's interest in community initiatives, especially those related to the empowerment of women and youth.
