HE Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Fatih Birol met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the French Republic Sheikh Ali bin Jassem Al-Thani.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation relations between the state of Qatar and the IEA.

During the meeting, the Executive Director of the IEA emphasized the importance of the role played by the State of Qatar in redefining the horizons of the energy sector on the international level, stressing the significance of the close and fruitful cooperation between the IEA and the State of Qatar.
