HE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity in the State of Libya Dr. Najla El Mangoush met Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya Khalid Mohammed bin Zabin Al Dosari.
During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries.
