The State of Qatar participated in the 31st meeting of the joint cooperation committee between the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and the European Union (EU), which took place Monday in Brussels, Belgium.
HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to EU and NATO Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki chaired the State of Qatar's delegation to the meeting. The delegation also included HE Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saoud bin Abdulla Zaid Al Mahmoud.
The meeting outlined ways to enhance the GCC-EU cooperation, followed up on implementing the joint work program, and discussed security issues.
