HE the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania Olta Xhacka, met with HE the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania Ali bin Hamad Al Marri During the meeting they discussed relations of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
