The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Med-Or Leonardo Foundation signed a letter of intent on facilitating partnerships with Qatari institutions in the technology, innovation, and higher education fields, on the sidelines of the Doha Forum, which concluded Sunday.
HE Director of the European Affairs Department Saud bin Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud signed the letter of intent on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Med-Or Foundation Marco Minniti signed it on behalf of the foundation.
