HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Friday with HE US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the sidelines of the 58th Munich Security Conference.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations in light of the distinguished strategic relationship between the two countries and ways to develop them coinciding with the 50 years anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, in addition to the partnership between the State of Qatar and the US to achieve security and stability in the region.

Also, they discussed the latest international and regional developments and security issues in the region, in addition to exchanging views on issues of common interest.
