HE President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi received on Thursday HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

At the beginning of the meeting, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the Iranian President and His Highness' wishes for the Iranian people to achieve further progress and prosperity.

For his part, HE the Iranian President conveyed HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness, and the Qatari people continued progress, development and prosperity.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations, developments in the regional arena and ways to maintain the region's security and stability.
