Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Meets the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Mohamed Al Menfi met today with HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, on the sidelines of the international ministerial conference on the initiative to support Libya's stability, which is taking place in Tripoli.
