HE President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip met today with HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

At the beginning of the meeting, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of the Republic of Turkey, wishing the Turkish people further progress and prosperity.

For his part, HE the Turkish President entrusted HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs with his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him health and happiness and the Qatari people continued development and prosperity.

The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral cooperation and the latest developments in the region, particularly in Syria and Libya.
