HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Tuesday with HE US Special Envoy for Yemen Timothy Lenderking, who is visiting the country.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the region, especially in Yemen.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed that the only way to solve the Yemeni crisis is through negotiation between the Yemenis according to the outcomes of the National Dialogue, the Gulf initiative, and the relevant Security Council resolutions, especially Resolution No. 2216, stressing Qatar's firm position on Yemen's unity and territorial integrity.
