The State of Qatar participated Sunday via videoconferencing in the 146th preparatory ministerial council meeting for the 41st session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC).

HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi represented the State of Qatar in the meeting.
