HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Saturday with HE Chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation (HCNR) Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, on the sidelines of the inaugural ceremony of the Afghanistan Peace Negotiations.

During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, the Afghanistan Peace Negotiations in Doha, in addition to issues of common concern.

HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani affirmed during the meeting, the commitment of the State of Qatar to provide political support for the peace process in Afghanistan and to continue dialogue among all components to reach a political solution.
