HH the Amir Sends Written Message to President of South Sudan

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HE President of the Republic of South Sudan Lt General Salva Kiir Mayardit, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them.

The message was handed by HE Minister of Foreign Affairs' Special Envoy for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani when HE the President of the Republic of South Sudan met him in Juba today.

At the beginning of the meeting, HE Minister of Foreign Affairs' Special Envoy conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of the Republic of South Sudan, and His Highness' wishes to the people of South Sudan of further development and growth.

For his part, HE President of South Sudan entrusted HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs' Special Envoy to convey his greetings and wishes to HH the Amir of health and happiness, and the Qatari people more prosperity and development.
