The State of Qatar participated in the meeting of the permanent committee of human rights specialists for the Gulf Cooperation Council states, held via video conferencing.

HE Acting Director of Department of Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Turki bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, represented Qatar in the meeting.

During the meeting, the discussion of the guiding and unified draft law protecting the rights of victims of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries was completed.
