The State of Qatar expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the stabbing incident that took place in the city of Annecy in the French Alps, injuring a number of people, including children.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates the firm position of the State of Qatar on rejecting violence, terrorism and criminal acts, regardless of the motives and reasons.

The Ministry also expresses the State of Qatar's wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
