The State of Qatar condemns in the strongest terms the aggression of the Israeli occupation on the city of Jenin and its camp, resulting in several deaths and injuries. It also considers this a new episode in the chain of horrific occupation crimes against the defenceless Palestinian people, especially women and children.
Qatar, UAE Announce Restoration of Diplomatic Representation
Based on Al-Ula agreement and the joint keenness on strengthening the bilateral relations, the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates announced restoration of diplomatic representation between the two countries by resuming the work at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Abu Dhabi and its consulate in Dubai, and at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Doha as of Monday, June 19, 2023.
Qatar is Co-chairing a High-level Pledging Conference to Support the Humanitarian Response to Sudan and the Region
The State of Qatar announces that it will co-chair a high-level conference to announce pledges to support the humanitarian response to Sudan and the region next Monday in Geneva. This pledging Event will be chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the United Nations, represented by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the European Union, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Qatar strongly condemns storming and vandalism of the Saudi and Bahraini embassies in Sudan
The State of Qatar strongly condemns the storming and vandalism of the headquarters of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of Sudan, its attaché offices, the housing and property of Saudi embassy staff, the headquarters of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the residence of its ambassador in Khartoum. It also stresses the need to provide protection for diplomatic missions and to prosecute the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
