HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Wednesday a written message to HE President of the Republic of Albania Ilir Meta, pertaining to bilateral ties and the means to enhance them.

The message was delivered by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Albania Ali bin Hamad Al Marri, during a meeting today with the President of the Republic of Albania.
