HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HE President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, pertaining to the bilateral relations and means of promoting and enhancing them.

The message was handed over by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Azerbaijan Faisal bin Abdullah Al Henzab, during his meeting with HE Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev.
