HE Foreign Minister of People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdelkader Messahel received on Monday a copy of the credentials of HE Hassan bin Ibrahim Al Malki, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Algeria.
