Doha/Information Office/14 October 2016/ The State of Qatar condemned Friday an attack that targeted a security checkpoint in North Sinai governorate in Egypt, killing and injuring a number of armed forces' personnel. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today in a statement that it condemned the criminal act, adding that it contradicted with all human values. The statement also stressed the State of Qatar's position against violence in all its forms. The ministry also expressed its condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
