Vienna/ Information Office/ 05 March 2017/ President of the Federal Republic of Austria, Dr. Alexander Van der Bellen, has received here the credentials of HE Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Thani Al-Thani as Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria.
During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Bellen and HH's best wishes of good health and happiness, and for the people of Austria further progress and prosperity .
For his part, the President of Austria entrusted HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him good health and happiness and for the State of Qatar further progress, development and prosperity.
HE also wished the Ambassador all the success in his mission, stressing full support to develop close cooperative bilateral relations between the two countries in a wide range of fields.
