The State of Qatar has voiced its strong condemnation and denunciation of the shooting incident that occurred at a naval base in Texas, which resulted in the injury of one sailor.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the wishes of the State of Qatar for a speedy recovery
