The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the attack that targeted a passenger bus in Kotulo area in Kenya, causing several deaths.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims' families, the government and people of Kenya, wishing the wounded to a speedy recovery.
