Function

  • Implementation of laws, regulations and provisions in relation to the personnel.
  • Specification of the ministry needs of the positions and staff in coordination with various administrative units and departments.
  • Preparation of the draft description, compilation and arrangements of jobs and follow-up of its implementations and promotion.
  • Preparation of first draft budget in coordination with the concerned departments of the administrative units.
  • Execution of the assessment procedures of the performance of the employees.
  • Execution of the appointment, transfer, secondment and nomination.
  • Study of employees’ entitlement to leave in accordance with the regulations.
  • Preparation of the studies of the job structure of the ministry and provision of the necessary suggestions for the promotion of its administrative system.
  • Making available the chances of training for all administrative units of the ministry in accordance with its needs and in coordination with them including the chances of acquiring a short international experience in order to participate in the training programs prepared inside or outside which is organized by the international organizations and specialized agencies.
  • Coordination with the corporations, educational institutions and all specialized organs inside and outside for convening training courses and learning foreign languages for the ministry employees in accordance with the needs of the administrative units of the ministry.
  • Follow-up of the delegated learners of the ministry’s employees to the training institutions inside and outside the state and compiling reports about their performance.
  • Setting and modernizing the database of the employee’s affairs.
