The State of Qatar expressed Wednesday its condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted a hotel in Somali capital Mogadishu, and left a number of people dead or injured.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed, in a statement today, the State of Qatar's firm position of rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of the motives and reasons.

The ministry expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims, the government, and the people of Somalia, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
