The State of Qatar has strongly condemned of the bombing that targeted a security point and a tax collection center at the Somali town of Afgooye Somalia, causing injuries.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, whatever the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's wish of a speedy recovery for the wounded.
