The State of Qatar has condemned two attacks targeted army and security forces sites in southern Afghanistan, and a mosque in the east of the country, resulting in deaths and injuries.

In a statement on Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims and the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
