The State of Qatar expressed Wednesday its strong condemnation on the attack that targeted a temple in the Afghan capital Kabul, causing the death and injury of a number of people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated in a statement today Qatar's firm stance of rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of its motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims, the government and the people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
