The State of Qatar welcomes the extension of the agreement on grain exports through the Black Sea for an additional 120 days and expresses its hope that the extension will help avoid a food crisis and reduce grain prices globally.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the full appreciation of the State of Qatar for the efforts of the United Nations and the Republic of Turkey to extend the agreement in order to facilitate the unimpeded flow of grain and food supplies and contribute to promoting and ensuring world food security.
