The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the bombing that took place outside a shopping mall in Cotabato City in southern Philippines and resulted in two deaths and injuries.

In a statement Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of the motives and causes.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of victims as well as the government and people of Philippines, wishing the wounded speedy recovery.
